Wow... something truly profound happens somewhere in that 50 mile stretch between here and there.
I'm guessing you council people don't get along with the local media....
So did that second article seriously say,
"Collins sent a note saying that he will tell the council majority how to vote at a later date."
I'm sure I'm reading it the wrong way or something, but that's a little funny, right?
